During a routine inspection
People told us they were happy with their care and treatment. One person said 'I like the dentist.' Another person told us 'I felt confidence in him.' We observed the dentist explaining different options to a patient and then giving them a choice of treatments. There were arrangements in place to deal with foreseeable emergencies.
People who use the service were protected from the risk of abuse because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.
People were cared for in a clean, hygienic environment. The practice took measures to control the risk of infection.
People were made aware of the complaints system. There was a copy of the complaints procedure on a noticeboard in the reception area.
