During a routine inspection
We noted that a testimonial book was present in the waiting room in which we saw comments such as "A friendly service - felt really at ease" and another said "It has given me greater confidence about getting treatment when I need it". We found that plans were in place for comments to be made on-line via the practice web-site and for a patient satisfaction survey in the practice. It was explained to us that feedback was discussed at the practice meetings and that any adverse comment would be acted on immediately.
We found the practice was friendly, welcoming and informative and the patients we interviewed felt the same.
We saw that patients were listened to in all areas of the practice, which we found to be clean and comfortable throughout. The patients we spoke with also stressed how clean and comfortable they found the practice.
