During a routine inspection
People told us they were always treated with respect and were given enough information regarding their treatment options. They felt they were listened to and their dentist made them feel at ease and involved them in making decisions about their treatment.
People told us they received the treatment they wanted in an efficient and organised way. We found the practice had systems in place to deal with foreseeable emergencies.
People said the practice was always very clean and tidy. They confirmed staff wore protective clothing when treating them. We found the practice had arrangements in place to ensure people were not placed at risk of cross infection.
People considered staff were competent to safely and effectively carry out their work. Staff received appropriate professional development. Staff confirmed they undertook ongoing training to ensure their continuing professional development and maintenance of their skills.
People said they had never had cause to complain about their treatment. However they said they would feel comfortable and confident in raising concerns and complaints directly with the practice and considered that they would be listened to.
