During a routine inspection
We spoke with six patients and they all made positive comments about members of staff. One person told us that they were initially afraid of visiting the dentist but after coming to the practice, they were assured and were delighted by the service provided.
We found the premises to be clean and well maintained. There were arrangements for infection control and the organisation undertook daily cleaning tasks.
People were cared for, or supported by, suitable qualified skilled and experienced staff. Members of staff told us that there were enough staff to treat patients. All staff had received appropriate induction before commencing work.
We found there were quality monitoring programmes in place, which included people giving feedback about their care and treatment. This provided a good overview of the quality of the service provided.
