During a routine inspection
People's needs were assessed and a detailed medical history was taken from each person and discussed prior to treatment. Care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual treatment plan. People told us their treatment, any related risks and the costs were explained. One person said, "as good as I could get with care. Absolutely perfect." Another person told us, "the dentist kept me informed about what needed to be done and gave me options."
The practice and treatment areas were clean and hygienic. There were effective infection control procedures in place.
Staff received suitable training and were registered with their professional bodies. People told us they were confident the staff were trained and had the appropriate skills to do their job.
People told us if they had not needed to complain but they thought any concerns or complaints would be dealt with promptly and effectively.
