During a routine inspection
The people we spoke with described the service as "really good" and praised the quality of care and treatment they received. In the patient feedback 100% of respondents said they felt confident about the quality of treatment and that they would recommend the practice to others. Staff had been trained in what to do in the event of a medical emergency.
There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. On the day of the inspection the practice was clean and tidy.
Staff received appropriate professional development. They undertook mandatory training in appropriate topics such as Basic Life Support and Infection Control, as well as further training specific to the treatments and services provided at the practice.
The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people receive.
