During a routine inspection
People who we asked confirmed that they were given information about proposed treatment which included an explanation of any possible risks. They also told us they were given time to decide whether or not to go ahead with any treatment and that they gave written consent to all treatment plans.
People who we asked told us they were confident the staff were experienced and well trained. All but one told us they were confident they could make a complaint if necessary.
Patients told us that they found the dental surgery to be clean.
