During a routine inspection
The four people who expressed their views told us they were happy with the service and with the treatment they had received. One person told us 'I have been coming here since I was a child, if I wasn't satisfied I would have moved dentists'. Another person said that they had enough information about their treatment and that they could always ask for more information if they needed it. One person said "if I wasn't sure of anything I would ask the dentist to explain".
Peoples' needs were assessed and treatment plans were agreed with them. One person said "yes everything is fully explained".
Staff we spoke with were very positive and told us they were well supported. One person told us that they got a lot of support 'I have been here for 10 years, I love it, it's like one big family".
The provider had effective and adequate systems in place to monitor the quality of service that people received. The views of people who used the service were sought and what they said about the service was acted upon.
