During a routine inspection
Patients who visit the Railway Road Dental Surgery told us good things about the service they received. Their comments included "very happy, they are very nice"; "they are excellent": "very thorough" and "very, very good, very pleased."
We saw that systems were in place to ensure that individual's records were safely maintained and updated on a regular basis. patients commented that they are always asked on each visit if their health needs had changed and they were always asked to sign their consent to treatment.
Systems were in place to ensure that appropriate safe hygiene practices were in place. Patients told us that the surgery was "always spotless" and "very clean."
Patients told us that they would feel comfortable in raising any concerns they had with the staff. They told us that they always felt safe and comfortable when receiving treatment.
Patients make positive comments about the staff who worked at the surgery which included "they get to know you"; "staff very good"; "I feel confident, the staff are nice people."
