During a routine inspection
People were involved in identifying their preferences and needs. This was reflected in their individualised support plans that detailed specific needs and goals for each person, and how they wanted to be supported by staff.
There were sufficient levels of staff to support people with their needs.
People were provided with information of how they could make a complaint and make suggestions to improve the service. These had been dealt with appropriately.
Records held at the service were stored securely and updated to ensure they provided current information about the management of the service.
