They also said they had been fully involved in discussions with their dentist and other staff about the treatments available to them and any costs involved. They said they were very satisfied with the service they had received and found practice staff friendly and helpful.
People who used the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.
We saw that the accommodation and overall cleanliness was to a high standard. We spoke with staff about infection control we saw that they adhered to the service policy and procedures for this.
We spoke with staff who told us they received the necessary training and skill development to help them perform their role safely and well.
The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people receive.
