Responsive
At the lasted rated inspection this key question was rated as good. At this inspection the rating has remained good. This meant people’s needs were met through good organisation and delivery. The provider understood the diverse health and care needs of people and their local communities. People’s health care needs were well understood and staff worked well with other professionals to make sure people received appropriate and timely health care.

Equity in experiences and outcomes
People told us they were supported by a team of people who worked around them to support their wellbeing. We asked one person about living at Willow View and they replied, "The staff are very good they actually care and are very approachable." People told us their rights and choices were upheld and their friends and families were warmly welcomed at the service.
The staff team was diverse and told us they all felt supported. Teamwork was positive and the service openly engaged with their local community. A visiting health professional told us, "The staff appear as of recent months to have a more positive morale and it is evident that staff are being supported by their line managers."
The manager understood the diverse health and care needs of people and their local communities. They would challenge any unfair bias or lack of access to service as it had a culture of promoting equity for all. The service had policies and procedures which supported it's focus on ensuring everyone was supported to be free from discrimination. The service listened to feedback and views from everyone.
