During a routine inspection
Both patients told us that they were satisfied with the quality of the care and treatment they received. One patient described her treatment as 'Truly brilliant". Evidence from a patient feedback audit in August 2011 showed that all nine respondents were happy with the quality of their care and felt relaxed at the practice.
