During a routine inspection
During our inspection we spoke with three people who used the service. They told us they were happy with the service they received. One person said, "Really, really good." Another person said, "Overall a good experience."
We looked at the electronic records for 10 people who used the service. We found these detailed people's treatment plans, visit dates and treatments received. When treatments were discussed with people and their agreement to treatments were also noted.
We spoke with two members of staff who said they were well supported and had received a range of training appropriate for their role.
We saw that the service had all the appropriate policies in place to effectively manage infection control. We found that the service was following good infection control practices.
We reviewed the service's quality monitoring processes and found that these were robust and fit for purpose.
