During a routine inspection
We saw that there were three waiting rooms, two on the ground floor for the dentist and hygienist, and one on the first floor for the dentist who practiced there. We spent time talking to people and staff in the waiting rooms which were comfortable and had ample room for those who used them.
We talked to six of the people who used the service and who had appointments with the dentists and dental hygienist that morning. They told us that they were satisfied and that the practice 'worked well' was 'marvellous', brilliant', and 'very good' and that it was a 'super dentist'. One person said ' 'they've looked after me and I've got no complaints at all'.
We were told that most of the people who used the service lived within a 15 mile radius, but we met one person who had travelled further to visit the practice.
