During a routine inspection
People's care and treatment was delivered in a way that met their needs. We spoke to seven people and they told us that they never had a problem getting an appointment with the dentist. On the day of inspection we saw one person who had attended as an urgent appointment. They told us they had only waited a couple of days to see the dentist.
People were treated in an environment which was clean and hygienic. We spoke to people who visited the dentist and they all told us that the surgeries were clean and hygienic. They also explained how safe they felt with the staff.
Each member of staff told us about the training and support they had received. This meant people were cared for by well trained staff.
The practice asked people for their views and feedback. We saw records of the last survey. One person told the practice 'The service is fantastic. Other dentists could learn from this practice'.
The manager told us about the concerns and complaints process. People we spoke with were able to confirm they had not needed to make a complaint since the practice had opened. We found the practice had received no complaints in the last two years.
