Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Person must provide confirmation within 7 days of the imposition of this condition that training for positive behaviour management which includes practical guidance on the use of restraint and is accredited by the restraint reduction network has been identified and planned. Training to be completed within 2 months of the imposition of this condition.

Upon the imposition of this condition on the Registered Person’s registration, the Registered Person must not admit any new service users to Malvern House Care Home 139 Heysham Road, Heysham, Morecambe, LA3 1DE without the prior written agreement of Care Quality Commission.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require personal or nursing care at Malvern House.

The registered provider must only accommodate a maximum of 8 service users at Malvern House.
