During a routine inspection
The second person we spoke with was also accompanying their child to an appointment. They said they liked the practice and that staff were always polite and welcoming. They were given choices and received explanations. They said they would recommend the practice to others and were made to feel comfortable about raising concerns if they were unhappy with the care they received.
We noted that the practice had recently been sold to a new company whose application for registration was under consideration by the Care Quality Commission. A representative of the new owners was present throughout the inspection.
