During a routine inspection
We were told that the dentist and other staff fully explained any treatment they were being offered and that they were encouraged to ask questions about their treatment. People said they were provided with clear information about the cost of the different treatments.
We were told that all the staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. People said that appointments were flexible to meet their needs. People told us they were able to ask any questions about the service provided and that staff explained things clearly.
We saw that the premises of this service were clean, hygienic and well maintained. People told us that the premises were always clean and fresh.
People told us they knew how to make a complaint if they had any problems with the service.
