Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

Condition 1:
On the first Monday of each month, after the coming into effect of this Notice and on the first Monday of each month subsequently, the Registered Provider must send to the Commission a report summarising the governance and quality assurance activities carried out by the provider in the following areas:
a) Complaint management;
b) Care planning, including management of specific health conditions and health and safety risks;
c) Systems and practices for implementation of the Mental Capacity Act (2005);
d) Audits and systems for safeguarding processes;
e) Systems for monitoring late visit calls and durations of calls.
