During a routine inspection

People who used the service told us that it was 'absolutely brilliant, professional dentistry and staff were always helpful and pleasant'. Another person said that the service was a 'brilliant practice' and that they would not go any where else as they received 'such good quality care'. We spoke with three people and they all said that consent was always obtained and that treatment was explained fully to them.

We found that people were given appropriate information regarding treatment. Care and support given, met their needs and protected their rights.

The service followed the appropriate guidance regarding the risk of infection. Those we spoke with said they found the practice to be 'very clean'.

We saw that the provider had appropriate checks in place regarding the recruitment of staff and there was also an effective system in place to assess and monitor the quality of service.
