During a routine inspection
We found that people had the choices they made respected.
There were systems in place to ensure that the correct medicines had been taken and that any problems or concerns were identified and actioned immediately.
Staff had knowledge about safeguarding. The people we spoke with all felt that they were kept safe from abuse.
Staff employed at the service had access to further training and told us that they felt supported by their peers and the registered manager. People that used the service felt staff had the knowledge and skills to support them safely. One person told us: 'All the staff seem to understand everything, without exception'.
