Regulations met

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion. One patient told us, ‘The dentist is very careful, clean, soft handed and assuring. He has treated me with the upmost respect and his professionalism and honesty have earned my confidence.’ Another patient said, ‘The staff are absolutely lovely, and I have built great relationships with them all.’ Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate. One patient said, ‘Always a pleasant and professional visit. Patrick is just wonderful, and I always feel assisted and in safe hands.’ Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected. One patient told us, ‘They never offer expensive extra treatment that I do not need.’ They explained that this is why they travel far to continue to visit the practice. People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality. Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
