During a routine inspection
A patient told us they had seen the same staff and doctor each time they visited which they said 'was brilliant'. Another patient said the service was 'first class' and easy for them to get to. We were told 'everything is going very well' and 'no complaints'.
There were systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. The practice was clean and hygienic. The staff adhered to hand washing guidelines and used sterilising gel as appropriate in between patients.
There was a complaints process in place and information on how to raise concerns was available to patients. A senior staff member told us they looked at complaints as part of their audits. This was discussed at their monthly meetings and action was taken as needed.
