During a routine inspection
We spoke with two people when the waiting rooms were not so busy.
One patient who had visited the practice over many years told us that they had always received an excellent service from the dentist and all the staff. Their treatment had always been discussed with them and they were always provided with a treatment plan, options and associated costs. The dentist was fully aware of their medical history, medication and associated problems.
The second patient we spoke with was new to the practice and told us that they had joined on recommendation. This patient said that the staff were very friendly and helpful and provided plenty of information about the practice. On arrival staff had requested the patient complete a questionnaire about their current and past medical history and medication.
