During a routine inspection
A patient satisfaction survey had not been carried out to collect patient's views on the service.
Equipment was available and staff trained to deal with medical and other foreseeable emergencies. However, a health and safety risk assessment had not been carried out for the practice
There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection.
There was a commitment by all staff to remain appropriately trained and professional development was available.
Patient records were compiled and maintained adequately and stored securely.
