During a routine inspection
We reviewed electronic records of five people using the service, which showed a plan of their treatment and included the recall period related to their treatment plan. One person told us: "Everything is always explained to me, and I'm given choices and treatment options.'
People were provided treatment in a clean, hygienic environment. There were systems and processes to ensure that people were protected from the risk of infection.
We spoke with three staff members who told us they were very well supported in their role by the practice manager.
We were shown practice assessments used to monitor and check the quality of the service provided at Clearsprings Dental Practice.
