During a routine inspection
We saw that care plans were focussed on people's individual needs. We saw evidence that people's religious and cultural needs were taken into account when planning and delivering care. We spoke to three people working in the service who told us that people's care needs were continually reassessed.
Staff told us they felt supported by management and were able to obtain further qualifications in relation to their work. We saw that staff received regular supervision and training that was relevant to the roles they carried out. This training included safeguarding adults and people who used the service were also able to attend this training.
People using the service or their representatives were able to raise any issues to the provider either verbally or in writing. We saw evidence that the provider investigated any complaints in a timely manner and made suitable changes where necessary.
