During a routine inspection
People appreciated the flexible service that was provided to them. One person said that, 'They spoke to me about what I wanted and arranged for it all to happen.' Another person told us that, 'They do my house work and cook my meal, they do whatever I want.'
The staff were spoken about and described as 'Brilliant.' One person said, 'I would not have them in my house if they were not the best.' Another person told us that, 'The staff always speak to me nicely, they are very polite' and 'Excellent, the staff are lovely.'
People told us that their views were sought about the quality of the service and how it could improve. They felt able to express their opinions and felt they were being listened to. People described how changes had been made to the time staff visited following a telephone call to the office.
