During a routine inspection
The people we asked explained the support the agency provided and told us that there was flexibility with the times they visited. We were also told that they liked the staff and they knew how to contact the agency.
We also visited people that had live in carers (staff that support people in their homes throughout the day and night) and observed the way the staff interacted with people that they support. We saw that these staff allowed people to make decisions from physical choices given. Staff told us that they used pictures to communicate with people, we saw individuals guide staff on the tasks they needed to be done and there was a friendly exchange between the person and the staff on duty.
