Siting of CCTV cameras was appropriate and relevant signage was displayed, however a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) to assess how privacy may be impacted by the installation, had not been carried out. The practice had information governance arrangements and staff were aware of the importance of protecting patients’ personal information.
