Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must undertake a review of:
1.1: The quality monitoring system in relation to identifying missed, late or early visits to service users.
1.2: Service users medicine administration record (MAR) charts and ensure that these give accurate times for medicines to be administered.
1.3: Service users care plans
1.4: Staff members files ensuring that all required information is kept to show that staff
members are fit and proper to be employed by the service.
1.5: Supervisions which staff members are receiving and ensuring that these are in line
with the providers policy.
You must carry out a review of points 1.1-1.5 on at least a monthly basis. On the first
Monday of each month you must send to the Care Quality Commission a report that
provides a summary of these reviews and any actions taken or to be taken as a result.

The registered provider must ensure that the regulated activity Personal care is managed by an individual who is registered as a manager in respect of that activity at or from all locations.
