During a routine inspection
Patients told us that their privacy, dignity and independence were respected. We looked at feedback comments received from patients. These showed satisfaction with the service. One patient wrote "Great customer service." "Very helpful and very friendly." "Very professional."
Patients were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening. Staff we spoke to had a good understanding of their safeguarding responsibilities.
We looked at a sample of patient records and found them to be detailed. We saw that patients were asked to sign a consent form before treatment began and patients were given a treatment plan that gave details about the cost of treatment.
