Our view of the service
The Court is a residential care home providing personal care to people, some of whom were living with dementia. The assessment of the service on site was unannounced on the 6 March 2024. We assessed 5 key questions which were Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-Led and assessed a number of quality statements within those key questions.
People's experience of this service
The overall feedback from the people residing at The Court and their families was positive, that they were well cared for by people who knew them well and that they could raise any concerns that they had and that the home was liaising with family members. Family members told told us "The way the girls here have worked with him, it is amazing. I have no problems if I am going away now, I know he is looked after. Staff are brilliant and well trained. I have no concerns. Dad has only got to ask if he wants something and they sort it." People told us the home was clean and they were happy with the new refurbishment and improvements within the home's environment.
