During a routine inspection
Some people who use the service had complex care needs and we were not able to speak with them all in detail about their care. However we spoke with support staff and we observed the interactions between members of staff and people being supported. In this way we gathered evidence of people's experiences by observing the care they received to help us understand the experience of people who could not talk with us. We saw that staff understood what people needed and offered support and assurances in a timely way.
We found people who use the service were receiving support with personal care tasks and meeting everyday needs to remain independent. People had support to access safe and meaningful local leisure facilities which met their individual care needs.
