During a routine inspection
People received care and treatment according to their individual needs. We saw that treatment options and plans were fully discussed with each patient. One of the patients we spoke with told us that they were 'Very happy with the service.' Another said 'The staff have been excellent, they explained everything to me clearly.'
We saw that people were treated in clean surroundings and that the provider had systems and procedures in place to prevent and control infections.
We found that the provider had good procedures for the recruitment of appropriately qualified and experienced staff. Checks were made to ensure that all clinical staff were properly registered with their professional body.
The provider had implemented procedures to monitor the quality of the service. The provider asked the views of people who used the service and acted on the findings.
