During a routine inspection
People we spoke with were very happy with the care and treatment they received at Witham Health Centre. People found staff to be knowledgeable and could answer all their questions. One person said, "Staff explained things to me. I can ask questions." People were positive about the staff. One person said, "I feel listened to. The staff are lovely and polite."
People told us they were able to choose an appointment time to suit them. One person told us, "I usually get appointments to suit me.'
We found concerns with the cleanliness of the Witham Health Centre and with the provider's quality assurance systems. This meant the provider had not taken all steps required to ensure compliance with the regulation
