During a routine inspection
People's privacy and dignity was respected and the service was wheelchair accessible. People told us that they were satisfied with the treatment they received at the service. One person said, 'I have been coming here for 15 years and have had very good treatment. It is excellent.'
There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. People told us they always found the premises to be clean and staff to be appropriately dressed. Staff were suitably trained and supported to deliver treatment safely and to an appropriate standard. People spoke in a complimentary way about the staff, describing them as 'very caring and kind', or as 'wonderful and very calm'.
There was an effective complaints system in place. Comments and complaints people made were responded to appropriately. Information on a range of areas, including how to make a complaint was available on the provider's website.
