During a routine inspection
People we spoke with said they were happy with the care and support they received. Everyone was complimentary about the staff who supported them and told us they were well looked after. One person said, 'I wouldn't change my carers for the world. I look forward to them coming. They are so helpful, so kind and stop me getting lonely.' Another person said, 'They are very nice and do a very good job.'
Appropriate arrangements were in place for managing medicines. Staff had completed medication training which equipped them with the knowledge and skills to administer medicines safely.
People who used the service were supported by suitably skilled and experienced staff.
The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of the service that people received.
