During a routine inspection
During our inspection we spoke with two people who used the service. Both people were very happy with the care they had received. They said, 'The staff were nice and caring. They welcomed me and put me at ease' and 'The service is brilliant'.
We saw that people's consent was gained before they received treatment, and treatment was pain free, because appropriate medicines were administered by staff who had received the necessary training.
People were protected from the risks associated with surgical procedures because systems were in place to regularly assess and monitor the quality of the service.
