During a routine inspection
We found that staff supported people using the service with their care needs and sought formal consent where required. The provider was aware of what support and actions to be taken for people who were unable to provide informed consent.
We saw that the service was co-ordinated with health and social care professionals. We saw that information was appropriately shared with other relevant colleagues involved in the person's care.
Staff were supported with their professional development and they were supported with supervision, appraisal and training to carry out their caring roles. There was a complaint system in place which staff were aware of people were supported to make a complaint if required.
