During a routine inspection
Patients were satisfied with the dental care and treatment provided. A patient described the orthodontist as 'fabulous, you couldn't fault the treatment.' Detailed plans of treatment were provided for patients.
Effective systems for infection control were being implemented in the practice and dental instruments were decontaminated in a way that minimised the risk of infection. Staff demonstrated the knowledge and skills needed to protect people from possible abuse. There was an effective system in place for managing complaints.
