During an inspection in response to concerns
One person who used the service told us, "I had been involved in my care plan. The worker was easy to get on with". That person added that using the service had, "Made a big difference to me. It mattered that somebody wanted to help me. I'm more than happy with the service I have received. The person I see is absolutely terrific." That person had their first appointment three weeks after making a self-referral.
Another person who used the service told us that they had waited three weeks for their first appointment. That person said, "It's not good waiting that long. I have been treated with respect. my worker is warm and caring. I've been involved in my care plan." That person's mother told us, "They are really nice here. My son has the support he needs."
Both people who used the service told us that they understood how the service was trying to help them.
