During a routine inspection
We found people's consent had been obtained prior to any care or treatment being provided. The service had ensured care was provided in a way that was intended to promote people's safety and welfare. All staff had been trained in safeguarding vulnerable adults and children and the service had ensured staff had access to information relation to reporting any concerns they may have. There were appropriate systems in place to ensure cleanliness and reduce the risks of infection. We also found the service had appropriate recruitment systems in place and these had been followed when staff had been recruited.
