During an inspection looking at part of the service
A compliance action was left at our last visit which related to staff training. At this the visit majority of staff were up to date in all areas of mandatory training.
A compliance action was left at our last visit. This was because capacity assessments for people were not in place to ensure their safety when they were unable to make an informed decision for themselves, about an aspect of their life.
At this visit capacity assessments were in place, we found that these were generic in style and have asked the acting manager to review them, to ensure they direct staff on how to provide individualised support to people regarding decision making.
