During a routine inspection
We spoke with people who used the service and relatives of people who used the service. They told us that they were happy with the care and support they received. One person said 'I am very happy, I like everyone and I can talk to the staff.'
People who used the service and their relatives told us that they felt safe and would speak to staff if they had any concerns. People told us that staff were very kind.
Staff felt supported by their managers. They felt that training provided was of a high standard and that it helped them to develop their skills. One relative we spoke with said the staff were always very kind and pleasant.' Another relative said, 'I can't fault the service at all.'
The provider had effective systems in place to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people received.
