During a routine inspection
People received care and support that met their individual needs and we saw people's privacy and dignity were respected. People had care records which had been written in a style to support people to understand and included pictures and photographs to support understanding.
Staff supported people to go out and do the things they enjoyed in their home and the local community. People were able to continue to have relationships with family members and family friends.
We saw that people using the service were encouraged to help with cooking and making drinks. This meant people were supported to be independent.
We saw that the provider had an effective system in place to assess and monitor the service, which focussed on improvement.
Medication systems were in place and monitored to ensure people received their medicines as prescribed.
