During a routine inspection
There were processes to assess each person's suitability prior to any treatment. Information was available about each procedure provided. There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. Staff had been trained in infection control and for emergency situations.
People who had used the service were encouraged to give feedback. Policies and procedures were available for staff. The provider had systems to review and monitor the quality and safety of the service provided.
The clinic was in managed rooms and the management arranged cleaning, risk assessment and safety of the building.
