During a routine inspection
We found that care records showed people's needs had been assessed before care was delivered. Care was planned and delivered in a way that ensured people's safety and welfare. People were being supported by care staff that had appropriate skills and experience.
Share and Care had an effective complaints system in place. Everyone we spoke with said they regularly received questionnaires about the quality of the service. One person said 'They send me a questionnaire probably about twice a year. I've no complaints, I'm confident they would tackle any problems.'
Another person told us 'They're never going to be the same as family caring for you, but they turn up on time and do the job. Of the care services in the area, I think this is one of the top.'
