During a routine inspection
One detainee told us that he was seen and assessed "fairly promptly" by the GP and said he was satisfied with the treatment he received. Another detainee told us he was treated with respect and dignity, but one detainee was particularly dissatisfied. He said this was because his healthcare needs were ignored and he was not being treated with respect by staff. This information was shared with staff for further follow up.
